Zentara Tech Inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software platforms subject to payment of applicable subscription fees or license fees. All software remains the property of Zentara Tech Inc.
3. Subscription and Payment
Software subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual licenses require upfront payment. Usage-based pricing is calculated monthly based on actual consumption. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, and related materials are proprietary to Zentara Tech Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of our software is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide software services and may use anonymized data to improve our products.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud platforms. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate software subscriptions with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your access to the software will be revoked. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zentara Tech Inc's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
